I am passionate about the gentle yet powerful healing massage therapy provides. It has literally saved my life by assisting me in releasing old holding patterns that were threatening to tighten my neck and shoulders to the point of cutting off my circulation.  I was advised that breaking my jaw and removing my first ribs was the best approach for a resolution to my circumstance. Needless to say I was not enthusiastic about the prognosis. I choose to take matters into my own hands and seek out professionals that would help me holistically and I am so grateful I had the courage to pursue this path. It has changed my body and my life.

When it comes to specialties I am pretty good at making pain go away where ever it may reside in your body.

However since most of my life I have suffered from, neck, and shoulder pain and TMJ I am a real wizard at assisting you in relieving pain, increasing range of motion and restoring your vibrance in those areas.

While I was studying massage in Hawaii I was also pregnant with my son. This allowed me to experience the profound impact massage can have on a woman's prenatal journey that ever since then I had become an advocate for these postitve benefits that effect both mother and unborn child.
